The 2022 Golden Service Awards finalists announced
The finalists have been announced for the 2022 Kimberly- Clark Professional Golden Service Awards, recognising excellence, performance and commitment through unprecedented times in the cleaning and FM industry.
Tipped by many as
the ‘Oscars’ of the cleaning industry, these awards are the pinnacle accolade – with many congratulations going to the 59 finalists from 24 companies. The full list of well- deserved finalists is available at the website below.
The announcement follows the first stage of judging carried out independently by The British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc). The judges have announced that this year’s entries had a good, proactive approach to environmental awareness alongside a focus on attention to COVID issues. There was a clear increase in respect for staff wellbeing, with the living wage a prominent theme.
Overall, the 2022 Golden Service Awards entrants showed more care and development of cleaning teams with a strong emphasis on future efficiencies.

Kingdom Cleaning joins Inclusive

The finalists will now go through to the next stage of judging, which for most categories includes a site visit by a BICSc judge. The site visits will take place during January/February, with the judging panel looking for innovation, staff training, and client relationships as the main criteria for assessment.
The winners will be announced on Thursday 26 May 2022 at the InterContinental London Park Lane at 12.15PM to 4PM. Over 500 guests including finalists, sponsors, and leading names in the UK’s cleaning and FM industry are expected to come together to celebrate its stars and their achievements during the most challenging time in our industry.
