The management team lead by Josh Dutfield of Axminster Carpets Ltd has announced a deal to buy the business led by a consortium of local businessmen which includes Centric Commercial Finance Ltd and local businessman Stephen Boyd. The Consortium has acquired the
business as a going concern from the administrators Duff and Phelps.
The newly formed business (Axminster Carpets (2013) Ltd) involves many of the senior management team. The deal comes following strong consumer, retailer and public support for the

The adhesive was H40 Eco Flotex, which was selected as it gives full back coverage without having to back butter but is easy to spread and to adjust.
