Based on the fi eld proven Solid Polymer Electrolyte (PEM) cell technology, pure hydrogen is produced at low pressure from electricity and high quality distilled water (ZeroWater). This process can be initiated on demand and does not require any caustic solution. The produced Hydrogen is available 24/7 with a constant minimum purity superior to 99.995 % and maximum at 99.99995 % at output fl ows of 50 ml/min to 15 l/min (depending on the model).


The H2 output pressure is regulated electronically and can be set from 0.5 to


10 bar. (7 to 140 psig). Each instrument is equipped with high performance communication interfaces (RS485, Ethernet, WLAN) to create a very fl exible gas network with local or central control. An expansion of PerkinElmer’s reliable, high-performance Clarus GC platform, the new Clarus 590 and 690 systems offer increased performance, more fl exibility and higher throughput, and optimized injection. The system also features a comprehensive portfolio of sampling accessories, including industry leading TurboMatrix™ headspace and thermal desorption options, along with the new TurboMatrix MultipPrep Autosampler that enables liquid injection, headspace and solid-phase micro-extraction (SPME).

APIX Analytics develops and manufactures GC systems with a unique technology: a nanoelectromechanical (NEMS) resonator, the result of 8 years of collaboration between CEA/CALTECH resulting in 15 patents with exclusive licensing agreement.


The NEMS detector i 10x to 100x limits of detection improvement vs TCD for heavier hydrocarbons, leading to FID-like performance in a much smaller form factor and with no Flame and no need for H2 make-up gas.
