Why Should You Invest in an Outdoor Bar?

by Deana Roberts — Servaclean

As the Government opens up Covid-19 restrictions, the hospitality market has a roadmap set out for how they can allow customers back into their venue.

Whilst this is positive, the first step – allowing customers into outdoor spaces - is causing many to consider logistical challenges and ask the question: ‘Should we invest in an Outdoor Bar for our premises?’

On the one hand, with this level of restrictions being set out for 5 weeks (in theory), before customers will once again be able to eat and drink indoors, some will be asking if the investment is worth it. Others are seeing this as a huge opportunity for them to improve their venue and provide a better overall offering. Having a second bar outside can make it easier to serve your customers in this period and, when they are allowed to return indoors, give you a second option for serving, providing a far greater experience for those drinking at your venue, with less queues and perhaps, people spending more in your venue.

An outdoor bar doesn’t have to be restrictive either. Unlike fixed serveries indoors, you can invest in a movable outdoor bar - Servaclean’s FOLDABar and MOVERBar offer the ability to be easily transported. Not only that, these units can also be used indoors at a later date too, maximising use opportunities and providing a far greater return on investment.

Not only are you now planning for your journey out of this lockdown, but you are also investing in future customer experience. A second bar will assist with the speed at which you can serve customers, help to maximise profits and provide a great customer experience in the years and decades to come.

You could also have a bespoke outdoor bar if you wanted which is fixed and you can then keep outside. The possibilities are endless with help from Servaclean.
