Shortlist unveiled for 2020 Enterprising Women Awards
Finalists have been announced for the Enterprising Women Awards 2020 at a breakfast panel event held recently at Haarlem Mill in Derbyshire. The record-breaking applications received this year
means the awards are becoming increasingly competitive. With 39 business women and female-led organisations making the shortlisting, the pool of exceptional female talent in the East Midlands is more evident than ever. Enterprising Women is a support network for women
in business across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire. It runs a variety of topical networking events throughout the year, aiming to give women in business the opportunity to make new connections and establish a community of regional like-minded business women. The awards are a fantastic chance to get involved
with regional businesses, in support for the significant contribution leading business women make to the East Midlands. This year’s gala dinner ceremony will be the ideal
environment to celebrate our region’s women in business. The glittering gala dinner is the flagship for the Enterprising Women events calendar, welcoming business representatives from across the East Midlands. We are delighted to be welcoming back Emma
Jesson to host the gala dinner for 2020. Best known for presenting on ITV, Emma hosted the gala dinner back in 2018. Emma’s bubbly and engaging manner lit up the dinner – we are so excited to welcome her back for another fantastic night of celebration.
