Next, and just as important, we have been enormously impressed with your whole customer service ethos from start to fi nish; from your thoughtful, yet practical suggestions for both materials and appliances when we were scoping out; through your skill in dealing with the design practicalities of maximising our “non-standard” walls, ceilings and general space layout, to the dedication of your whole team who worked patiently to build, fi t and fi nish the end product to such a high standard, we couldn’t have been in better hands. Really well done, thank you again, and keep up the good work.
