AN INTRO INTO WOODFIRED OVEN COOKING find out from woodfired cooking expert David Jones what this great way of cooking is all about - certainly not just about pizzas, you can cook anything in your woodfired oven and David will be showing you lots of things to get your woodfired cooking perfect. £20pp
CRACKING CRAB Holly Jones of Manna from Devon Cooking School will be showing you how to break into our local speciality, the brown crab. Then you’ll be getting hands-on, extracting the meat and partnering it with some luscious, homemade mayo. £20pp
HOME COOKING with Charlotte Pike. Learn how to create simple, seasonal and uncomplicated dishes, to enjoy every day at home. £20pp
