What other services does the shop offer? We offer a rug washing service from a company call Simply Rugs Direct, He collects and drops off weekly.
Tell us about your staff too and their ponies Where to start about my staff, I love them. They are just super. Enthusiastic, up for anything, very chatty, honest and trustworthy. What more could I ask for; I'm very lucky. Charlotte has a 17hh, 10 year old showjumper called Ginge; they are out most weekends competing at 1.10 level. Katie owns a super cob called Paddy, he is a 15.1hh piebald, 8 years old who just loves life. He is still very new to her but she wants to event him next year
It is well known that you offer such a friendly, personal service. I presume you just love your job; combining your hobby and love and business. Why should our readers visit you? I think the readers should visit our shop as you've got to come see it to believe it. We provide an exceptional wealth of horse and rider knowledge. Massive amount of stock to suit all budgets and most importantly whatever the customer requires as we go that extra
mile to provide. We love meeting new people and most of all a good old chat. No one ever leaves empty handed, with either what they came in for or totally what they didn't need. We are known as the Aladdin's cave of tack shops and it is still so lovely to see new customers’ faces when they walk through that door. We're always thinking of new ideas, it never stops
Do you offer an on-line service too? We are currently in the stage of up dating our online website as it has fallen behind this last year due to the shop being so busy. Most people just love coming to the shop.
How do you support the local horsey community? We have some lovely local shows in Hertfordshire and Essex. We sponsor Harolds Park Farm showing shows and provide lots of goodies for all. We love to support local, it’s a little way of thanking our customers for their support to the shop in the way of prizes for shows. We love making others happy.
