Digital Champion Sessions: Want some help getting to grips with your tablet, laptop or smartphone? Want to learn how to use a PC? Our digital champions offer free one to one sessions every month. Ron is in the fi rst Wednesday of the month, and John the second and fourth Tuesday morning of the month, 9.30am- 12.30pm. The free one hour sessions must be booked in advance with library staff.


May Half Term: Jon Sweet from Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service will be joining us for a road safety session on Wednesday 29th May, time to be confi rmed but we think it is likely to be 4-5pm. He will be reading a story, talking about how to stay safe around traffi c and will also be bringing along some junior fi re kits. This session is suitable for children aged 4-12 years and their parents/carers. No need to book, just drop in. Friday 31st May 3.30-4.30pm, join us for our Under the Sea craft and story session. Make your own porthole aquarium and listen to a fi shy tale. Suitable for children aged 4+ and their parents/ carers. No need to book, just drop in.


Reminiscence Session: Wednesday 15th May, 10.15-10.45am. Join us for a hot drink and some friendly chat. The theme for this session is Children’s War. We will have a bag of themed items for us all to look at and talk about.


Lego Club: Every Friday 3.45-4.45pm, just drop in.


Rhyme Time: Every Wednesday 2.15-2.45pm for pre- school aged children and their grown-ups. Just drop in. Lisa & Jane, Upton Library
