Advanced Pilates starts on Tuesday 30th April, and then every Tuesday at 2pm in the Broadstone Methodist Hall opposite Broadstone Physiotherapy.

Pilates is a body conditi oning method that targets your deep postural muscles and promotes control through movement.
An ideal rehabilitati on tool post injury, post surgery or to gain that extra in sporti ng performance.
‘H’ is a keen sailor, skier and runner. This year’s agenda sees her heading off to the marathons in both London and Patagonia.
Before joining a beginners group session you will need to att end a 1-1 assessment with a Physiotherapist who will run the
