Upton FC CLUB NEWS...
Meeting On Crime & Safety
There has been a recent series of thefts from garages in the Palmerston Road area of Upton. These and other crime and safety issues will be discussed at the next Partners and Communities Together (PACT) Meeting.
In a slight change of venue, the meeting will be held at the Committee Room in the Community Centre on Poole Road near Upton roundabout, on Wednesday, 8th May at 7pm.
The meeting will give local residents the chance to discuss their concerns about anti-social behaviour, crime and road and community safety with local police and councillors.
Upton FC U12s have had a fab Season in 18/19.
They have not only won the League in Div 2, but are also through to the finals in the Cup*.
If U12s win the finals, the team will be bringing home two trophies for Upton FC. The first bit of silverware for the Club.
This is brilliant for the Club which is celebrating its first year at Upton Recreation Ground in May.
Well done all of U12s and Manager Mike Fudge and Coach Gary Pipe.
* The Cup Final match is at Chapel Gate on Sunday 12th of May if anyone wants to come along and support the Club.
