Ladybirds Playschool


The children have been creating Mothers Day plates, Easter eggs and rice crispy cake nests.


This activity was a lot of fun and also allowed the children to weigh ingredients and notice how the ingredients


changed under different conditions and when mixed together.


This term has been, it’s safe to say, a GOOD one! We recently had our Ofsted inspection and the improvements made to the curriculum and the opportunities provided for learning and development saw us achieve a good rating. The parent view questionnaire results were also overwhelmingly positive.


We will be planning school transition during summer term. We have a packed diary of events. Art week, Carnival, forest school, sports day and playschool outing to name only a few. But that’s for the next letter.

We are holding a stay and play event on the 3rd May, 9.30am till 11.30am. For those interested in their child attending the setting, come along and join in with a normal morning at Ladybirds.
