Before we embrace 2019, it would be good just to reflect on the last few months. We finished the renovations at Riversbridge and opened the Stables as a
delightful venue for
entertaining. It is in a beautiful setting and this was used to the best of its ability in early September when we hosted back-to-back events; a Birthday Party for 90 people in a marquee catered by the fabulous Dartmouth Fine Foods followed by 70 to a Harvest Lunch with the Wild Artichokes crew.
The sun-baked Food Festival in October saw us add a new dimension to running our busy wine stall, as both Jonathan & I were involved in presenting at wine workshops alongside Manna from Devon and one of our French wine suppliers. A little daunting but very rewarding! We are looking forward to 2019 immensely, working with amazing chefs again as we pair good food with good wines and good fun! We will be holding another
