Master Abrasives Internal Customer Service Team

FACTFILE: MASTER ABRASIVES

BACKGROUND: The firm was established in the UK in 1967 by Konrad Meister to sell the Meister Abrasives range of mounted points. In 2012 the UK senior management completed a management buy-out from the Swiss owned Meister Abrasives group and the now independent UK company was renamed Master Abrasives. It continues to serve the UK with Meister Abrasives products, in line with its long-term sole UK distributorship, and has developed a strong portfolio of products for the UK market for precision, surface finishing and tool services.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION: Master Abrasives supplies abrasives and grinding products to firms in the UK and Europe. Its strategy for business development within the British market is based on four distinct business units: Master Precision Abrasives, Master Surface Finishing, Master Tool Services and Master Grinding Machines.

JOINING NORTHAMPTONSHIRE CHAMBER: We are proud to belong to Northamptonshire Chamber and of its strong links to the British Chambers of Commerce. New members of our Customer Service Team attend Chamber training courses and we receive support from the Chamber’s International Trade Team.
