Sporting legends Glenn Hoddle and Martin Johnson are appearing at Northampton’s Deco Theatre this spring, at two high profile fund-raising events organised by a children’s cancer charity. Football icon Hoddle, the former Tottenham and

England player and manager, is the guest of honour on Friday, 27 April, while Johnson, the former England rugby union captain and Head Coach, will be appearing there the following week, on Friday, 4 May. The Deco is delighted it has been chosen as the

venue for the big fund-raising nights which once again underlines the increasing popularity of the town centre venue not just as a theatre and entertainment venue, but also a facility to hire for private functions, business conferences and parties, and fund raising events. House manager Jill Roach said: “We’re very proud of

what we have to offer and are looking to encourage more Northamptonshire Chamber members to see for themselves, and hopefully to use us going forward.”
