Got Self-Esteem and Leadership Ages 7-12

As parents, we want the best for our children - friends, sports, vacations, education, teachers, clothes, technology and the list goes on and on. What about the gifts of high self-esteem and leadership? Self-esteem is how you feel about yourself and a feeling that you can handle life every day. It’s believing in your talents and that you have value to offer the universe. When you possess this, it becomes easier to be a leader. Through creative expression in an incredibly fun workshop, kids will have the chance to cultivate self-worth and won’t even realize they are working on self-esteem. What to expect? Interactive self-esteem booster games will be executed like Lollipop Marathon, King’s Throne, Balloon Bust, Billboard This, Ten Seconds, Compliment Café, Money Madness, Campaign Craze, and Toy of Me. A child of any age would love these games! Kid’s emotional “buckets” will get filled and will likely be overflowing with confidence. Don’t be surprised if there is a bit more “pep in their step” after this workshop. Research shows that children who had opportunities to build self-esteem as a child, display higher leadership skills later in life. Kids will learn from a Certified Professional Life Coach the hottest tips in building self-esteem and being happy leaders. Self-esteem is always a work in progress, but this will be a transformational kickoff. In a self-absorbed and competitive world, garnering and keeping self-esteem is sometimes a tall order, but this class will help harness it!

Wacky Winter Wonderland Science RS

Let’s play with winter! Investigate the science of winter like making fluffy snow, exploring pine cone science, learning the anatomy and care of rabbits, along with the mystery of how icicles grow so long! Then have a marvelous adventure learning the science behind a hot cocoa stand. Also, what does winter taste, smell, and feel like? Get your senses ready for a one-of-a- kind treat! Explore the physics of a festive winter carnival with a Funhouse lesson! Winter truly is an avalanche of wild and wacky science fun! Souvenir included.

Have the slime of your life with St. Patrick’s Day themed slime! Kids will make goo and then customize it at the concoction center to please their senses. Get crazy and gear up with goggles, test tubes, and more for this extremely messy experience. Play with 15 different kinds of slime and Splat Balls too! We will eat a slimed theme snack. All kids go home with a souvenir!

Master the magical history of holiday treats as we check out Lucky Charms cereal and the beloved chocolate gold coin. Explore the physics of a spring carnival as we watch put our leprechaun on the bumper cars and learn The Laws of Motion. Outsmart any leprechaun or friend this spring with the top five sly spring pranks! Souvenir included.
