Kids’ Club East/West

Kids’ Club East and Kids’ Club West are the best! This dynamic and successful program provides before and after school activities that are enriching and recreational in a well-supervised setting. It services families choosing care for children grades K-5. The before-school program hours are 6:30 to 8:45 am The after-school program hours are 3:30 (dismissal time) to 6:30 pm. Bussing is provided through school district shuttles and routes. The program’s philosophy is to offer the student opportunities and experiences encompassing both school and family value systems.

Children will partake in daily activities, which include but are not limited to gym/sport activities, science, Character Counts themed projects, arts and crafts, movies, word search/crosswords and homework tutoring. We will provide the highest standard of care with particular attention paid to security and consistency while meeting the needs of each individual child. This program will run in conjunction with the school calendar. Klub Fun may be available on various institute days, holidays, and vacation days as an additional service. To keep rates reasonable, a $1 per minute, per staff member late fee will be assessed for a child that is picked up after 6:30 pm. For further information, please consult the “Parent Handbook”.

FAST PASS
We know life has demands so we’ve created this convenient offering as a practical solution for impromptu situations that require you to find alternate supervision for your child with little advance notice. Fast Pass is available to current Kids’ Club participants, for the portion of the day that aligns with their original commitment. Fast Pass offers flexibility for working
guardians and supports our mission to provide a safe environment for children, by allowing participants to attend an extra day beyond their normal Kids’ Club commitment. Fast Pass is sold in sets of four visits.
Absentee Notice: Fast Pass policy asks guardians to contact Site Supervisors on the site’s absentee hotline for Fast Pass attendance the day of, or in person for situations that lend a bit of advance notice.

All fast passes need to be used within the school year of purchase. Example: if purchased in 2016/2017 school year the pass is not valid in August 2017. To keep rates reasonable we do not hon- or exchanges or pro-rate the fast pass.
Please note: For safety assurance of participants, registration is taken in person at the Civic Center, 327 W. Wilson St. Registration is not available online. A non-refundable registration fee of $155 is due at time of enrollment. The chart below reflects monthly billing. We appreciate your co-operation in making this a safe and successful program for all of our participants.

• Withdrawals and changes of attendance are due by the 7th of the month prior to the change. Changes of lesser commitment are subject to a $50 fee. No refunds for lesser commitments, cancellations or withdrawals after April 1, 2018 for the current school year, and no later than April 1, 2019 for the next school year.
• Late registration for Kids' Club is automatically waitlisted for internal safety purposes.
