Join in the fun at Dunham Woods Farm with beginning riding lessons! Dunham Woods Farm is a top-notch equestrian facility dedicated to providing the best instruction available for over 50 years. Our teachings are based on tradition and looking to the future. You’ll learn all about the proper way to groom, tack and handle horses. In the saddle, you will learn the basics of riding at the walk and trot. Lessons will be held in our indoor arena during inclement weather. The first day of class is orientation and groundwork. Riders should wear jeans or Jodhpur pants and hard-soled riding or hiking boots with a small, low heel. Bring an approved riding helmet or bicycle helmet. Makeup class held at the end of the six weeks, if needed.

Have you dreamed about skydiving? Have the thrill of a free fall without having to jump out of a plane. First-time flyers will get airborne in a safe and fun environment of a wind tunnel. The lesson includes a pre-flight training session, all the necessary flight gear (suit, helmet, and goggles), friendly instruction from a certified flight guide, two 1 minute flights and a personalized post-flight certificate. Winter Escape

Salt therapy is a natural and holistic way to restore your body and may improve your immune, cardiovascular and endocrine systems. Reduce stress and headaches, increase your energy and reduce physical ailments. This is a great treatment during cold and flu season. The session starts at 10:00 am and lasts one hour, please arrive a few minutes early. White socks may be worn if desired. Each participant will receive a bottle of water; headsets are available. There is some paperwork needed for your first visit. Take a mini vacation, try the Salt Escape this winter.

Cave and Lunch at Pal Joey’s Fee includes one hour of Salt Cave experience followed by buffet lunch of pizza, salad, soup and soda at Pal Joey’s.
