PART-TIME ESTATE MANAGER needed, Los Lagos Urbanisation near Jesus Pobre requires a part- time Estate Manager to oversee the smooth running of the Estate of 76 apartments. 2 hours per day maximum, weekdays only. Would suit a retiree with good organisational skills, English needed as first language, some Spanish an advantage to be able to liaise with the gardeners / workmen / tradesmen. Tasks include: overseeing the gardeners and signing their time sheets, recording owners’ water meters every 2 months, redistributing any mis-delivered post, meeting with tree surgeons and allowing them access to the Estate when needed, overseeing the pool- man and ensuring his activities properly carried out, spotting and organising any other remedial / works needing to be done around the Estate.
