beyond what they thought would be possible, they duly completed each long stage driving through deep rivers, mountain passes, rocky tracks and of course plenty of sand (not to mention lots of stunning scenery).
The icing on the cake was the awards ceremony at the end of the final stage – the girls had not only beaten many
more experienced
drivers in the overall points category, they had in fact won the category for all Female Teams which goes to show what can be achieved if you push yourself beyond your comfort zone a bit.
