The staff of Maggiano's King of Prussia, PA works tirelessly to provide a fantastic hos- pitality experience for all of their guests. “Fromthe time a guest walks in our door to their last good bye, we want them to feel ‘wowed’with their dining experience,” said Steve Olson, general manager and manag- ing partner of Maggiano's in King of Prussia, PA.“Maggiano’s food is always the highlight of any experience, whether it’s banquets, delivery or in our main dining room.”
All of the dishes at Maggiano's are pre- pared from scratch, and the team takes pride in their sauces, desserts, and the menu's fresh seafood and prime cuts of beef. The restaurant recently introduced “lighter” versions of Maggiano's classic Italian favorites, which have the same robust flavors and portions,but cut calories by a third or more.
“For more than 13 years,we’ve been creat- ing memorable experiences that bring guests back to celebrate their own big occasions,”said Olson.
When a birthday party was held for a woman who turned 81 in November, a member of the family took the time to rave aboutMaggiano's. She was impressed with the restaurant’s service and staff,which was efficient, attentive and accommodating to all of the guests.With good attitudes and obvious pride in the service, the staff also exuded a warmth that represented the restaurant well.
“The service was timely; the courses were served properly; and the wait staff continu- ally kept their eyes on the tables to make sure all food and drink was available,” she said. "I’ve eaten at Maggiano's in the past and enjoyed my visits,but I’d never attend- ed a private event – it was handled perfect- ly. The staff that ‘manned’ the event was superb.”
