The Lodge at Woodloch offers a special level of service to its guests, says Jennings Roe, and she feels like this is one of the reasons upscale venues like theirs are per- fect for meeting planners in search of pri- vacy, personal attention and customiza- tion of their event.

“Meeting planners have an endless array of choices when selecting a location that is right for their group," she notes. "The benefit of our intimate property is the level of service and customization that occurs with each and every group. Many big-box conference centers serve up cookie-cutter options. Yeager describes the venue as “coastal chic” with whitewash walls, rustic wood floors, lot of metals and mirrors and glass that collectively make guests feel truly at one with nature.
