Tytecker introduces rebar tying system
Tytecker has introduced the Rebar Pro, a rebar tying system designed to maximise productivity and reduce workload – suitable for high-volume, high-speed rebar tying of large horizontal reinforcement projects.
T
ytecker states that due to its patented rebar tying technique, the Rebar Pro can be used in a wide variety of rebar types – ranging up to 30mm connection diameter – and is ideal for large flooring areas where speed and consistency is critical. The advantages to using a Rebar Pro include: Ergonomics – no
more bending, reduces fatigue, high-quality ties, and consistent quality connections. Tytecker says the Rebar Pro is also quick – up to 3 times faster than traditional tying – and it’s easy – meaning everybody can work with the system after a short introduction. The worldwide patented rebar clips are made of spring wire to
get a flexible connection, which Tytecker states will never break. The system uses only one type of spring steel clip for rebar diameters from 6mm – 16mm up to a cross connection of 30mm. “Using the Rebar Pro ensures high-quality rebar tying, with
strong and durable connections and its ease of use ensures a flexible workforce, as the system is very easy to operate."

GEDORE extension with
holding magnet
The GEDORE extension 1990 M with holding magnet secures a screw safely in a socket – preventing it from falling out. It also eliminates the difficult problem of grasping a screw in a confined space.
G
EDORE explains the extension can be used with any ½ inch socket, which makes it suitable for universal use including spanner size 8mm to 36mm and outside TORX®
sockets. The spring pin makes it easy to insert the screw in
the centre of the thread and the strong permanent holding magnet will hold large screws securely in the socket, allowing the screw to be screwed in directly with one hand. The extension is hot forged, chrome plated and made of GEDORE vanadium steel 31CrV3, with the spring pin manganese phosphated. Made in Germany, the 1990 M can also be extended to the desired length by adding further extensions.
