Quick stapling from PREBENA

REBENA modules can be used in a variety of applications including modern equipment of prefabricated house elements and are a reliable and robust solution for quick stapling of the PREBENA Type Z staples from 50mm – 64mm. The tools are also suitable for industrial

processing of gypsum fibre, fermacell, fibreboard and other board materials. Due to the changeable magazine and the industrial packaging of the staples,

a quick reloading of the modules is possible, with empty shot safety device and magazine sensors ensuring a disturbance free operation. The PREBENA modules are supplied ready for installation. PREBENA modules characteristics include:

• Empty shot safety. • Maximum rate of fire = 12 shots per second. • External triggering by PLC program. • Top load magazine by changing magzine.
