Tomy looks set to delight fans of pre-school show Chuggingtonwith its wooden toys offering this year. The Chuggington Wooden Railway is made from real wood and fits
perfectly with other wooden railway systems for expansive open-ended play. Earlier this year, the company rolled out the Chatsworth, Action
Chugger, Fristini and Speedy McAllister characters and this autumn will see six new engines join the group. The new additions include Decka and Wilson’s mentor Chug
Patrol Leader Jackman, who also comes complete with a telescoping crane arm.

Green Owl Toys specialises in toys for children aged 0 to five and the firm’s leading brand is its Polish wooden toys specialist Bajo. Bajo wooden toys aim to train a child’s dexterity, intelligence

features three opening and closing bay doors, plus a wooden rotating turntable perfect for controlling where the engines set off to. Chuggingtonviewers can also recreate the more perilous moments in the show with the Old Mine Tunnel. The play-set features a surprise swinging door which reveals Chuggers that have fallen into the mine, with it left to consumers to lend a helping hand. PLUM PRODUCTS
This year has seen Plum expand its indoor range with more wooden kitchens, as well as wooden doll’s houses and boys’ play-sets. There are now eight products in the kitchen line, with new additions having a
unisex appeal. The new Plum Boston Wooden Role-Play Kitchen includes a cooking hood, over head shelf and granite effect worktop. It has an island design, giving 360-degree play and includes ample storage, hobs, oven with clickable knobs. The set also comes with seven wooden accessories. Meanwhile, the portable Plum Hove Wooden Dolls House has a lightweight design and a carry handle. The large Plum Tillington Wooden Dolls House has four storys and features a roof terrace and sun lounger. Other wooden houses in the portfolio include Camden Court and Plum Plaza.
