Global information technology services company Episys has provided Halfords with a new in‐store signage solution. As a current user of the Episys solution, Halfords were able to build on this existing asset through the simple addition of complementary modules. The upgrade will improve operational efficiency and support the business’ multi‐channel customer engagement strategy ‐ enabling Halfords to handle major seasonal promotions. As a result, Halfords will no longer need to outsource label design and has enabled the majority of stores to print material locally ‐ reducing the need for manual distribution of signage to stores dramatically.
