If I were to compare Vodat to other communication providers, I would say that the main difference is our overall service offering. I see Vodat as a customer service company over a telecommunication company – it’s all about good people delivering against and beyond client expectations. At Vodat we dedicate a lot of time to


our customers and maintaining healthy relationships with them – customer perception is everything. It’s important to meet people face­to­face, as client feedback is invaluable. My two­year­old daughter usually dictates the start to my day. Mornings in our house are always busy, getting Gracie


ready for nursery in between preparing for work. My day kicks off when I reach the office and have had a cup of coffee. I always start with a schedule of activity,


but the actual series of events never end up as expected. The most important part of my role is listening to clients and employee challenges and helping to resolve these, which is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. I spend a large proportion of my time


meeting up with clients for their feedback on our products and services to help guide future decisions and changes. The most exciting part of my role is


planning the company strategy. It’s about having vision and then executing it.





If quitters never win and winners never quit what fool came up with quit while you’re ahead?


Bringing those ideas to life is most satisfying and I like to play an active part in that. Evenings are a much more relaxed and family orientated affair. I try to get home in time to spend time with Grace before she goes to bed. It’s a great way to wind down and after a stressful day helps put things back into perspective. After that, it’s either a night in front of the TV or in the kitchen. I really enjoy cooking, I find the whole experience therapeutic and to me there’s nothing better than enjoying good food with a nice bottle of wine.
