agreement, Morrison US will work alongside Severn Trent Water’s own staff and field teams to manage the delivery of R&M activities across the entire Severn Trent Water area. Repair and maintenance activities will run until 2016, with options to extend beyond this. The framework agreement has a potential estimated value of approximately £25M a year. Other customers include Southern Water, Thames Water, and Yorkshire Water. Services include: • Water metering that includes complete turnkey solutions to support Universal Metering Programmes
• Repair and maintenance service that support operational efficiency and maintain customer service levels
• Technical solutions that address serviceability issues such as discoloured water, lead and leakage by offering innovative technologies
• Non-infrastructure services from rapid response call out to capital project delivery; including MEICA Services
• Strategic renewals and refurbishment to meet environmental, water quality and customer service level needs
• Service solutions for private sewer adoption
