WHAT’S NEW: AMAYA SALES UK
Let’s hear it for the new Amaya Bravo!
The latest lower cost multi-head embroidery system from AMAYA SALES UK. U
ntil now, the lower cost version of the Amaya was only available as a one head stand alone embroidery
machine. Now the Amaya Bravo can be modular, up to 4 heads. You can now have 4 head modular
efficiency for less than £25,000. They will run consistently at speeds of up to 1100 stitches a minute and will have all the benefits of the modular system over a conventional set up.
The Bravo can be run as a normal four head with the same design being embroidered on all heads or can be configured so that different designs can be stitched on each head.
If you have a thread break only that head stops and the rest are still producing. So on a four head Bravo you should be able to produce the equivalent of at least a six head fixed machine. The Bravo is based on the world renowned Amaya XTS which gives you a speed of up to 1500 stitches per minute and the ability to link up to 30 heads.

New Texjet Plus
olyprint released the new Texjet Plus direct to garment printer around a year ago. It has had a huge impact in the market due to its innovative ink supply system which increases the reliability of printing white ink and brings it to a completely new level. It also now includes automatic chip resetting. Hundreds of these printers have been installed since and customers have now seen the difference and can appreciate the superb white ink performance, the small amount of maintenace needed and the total cost reduction. The main reason for the above is the pressurised closed loop ink cartridge system (this is built in to the printer and not an add on). This keeps the white ink fresh and clean from dust or evaporation and continually agitated by the air pressure.
This leads to the constant high quality printing results and the long term reliability. Additionally it minimises maintenance which is one of the biggest challenges of all direct to garment printers. The Texjet Plus is capable of providing high resolution prints that are required by demanding printing professionals, up to 1440 x 1440 which some of the other direct to garment printers cannot acheive. An optical sensor places the printing table accurately at the optimum distance from the print head for the highest quality results.
The printer comes with a framing system that makes loading of a garment easy and fast while keeping the printing area flat for high precision results.
