Oklahoma Chamber of Commerce Join Santa and his Elf (on Express Clydesdales, of course!)
the fi rst Friday afternoon in November to kick off “Shop Yukon” on Yukon’s downtown Main Street. Santa and his elf help us with this unique and fun shop local event that is one of the largest in the state! Local businesses participate as we work to promote all the fantastic merchants here in our community, as well as keep our tax dollars in Yukon.
The Chamber works with our local print and digital media, as
well as the Chamber’s own Facebook, website and newsletter to give all our participating businesses as much visibility as possible. Shoppers frequent participating stores and receive tickets for their purchases during the months of November and December. Our stores have ticket boxes and listings of all participating businesses. Shoppers collect tickets through the holiday shopping season in hopes of having their stocking stuffed with CASH from our grand prize drawing on City Channel 20.
