Account Director, London based - up to £80k plus - Package. Our client was recently awarded a high value account encompassing a broad range of soft services to
be provided at one of the most renowned sites in the City of Westminster. This prestige portfolio has an annual revenue value of £5miillion of which you would have full financial
and operational responsibility. Our client has implemented a robust organisational structure to suit this unique and demanding environment and most importantly one which will
maximise service delivery and client satisfaction. With dedicated teams for both the day and night operation, a strategic leader is required with a stable, proven track record at a
senior management level preferably gained within an outsourced service environment. The key requirements for this role are knowledge and experience of managing large and
prestigious accounts, someone who is comfortable in high level communications, the ability to drive performance throughout whilst ensuring the effective implementation and
adherence of all corporate policies and procedures, including health and safety. This is a highly rewarding opportunity on the short term with long term scope to develop within

Account Manager, London/Midlands - £50k plus - Package. My client is a national supplier for the property support service market and deliver their services to a wide
client base in all sectors. They are a well established organisation whose success is based on the positive team culture that they promote and their ability to outperform client
expectations at every level. Following a recent award, they are looking for a high calibre Account Manager to oversee a £6million portfolio which spreads across London and up
to the Midlands. Exposure to the retail cleaning environment would be advantageous as would a process driven, methodical approach coupled with a strong financial awareness.
Your role as a dedicated Account Manager requires you to effectively manage a large geographical area; therefore strong management, delegation and organisational skills is essential.
Business Development Manager, London and the Southeast - up to £50k plus commission. An independent leading company in the field of cleaning and
security services require a sales professional to join their existing team in the development of new business throughout London and the Southeast of England. You will join and
be part of a successful sales team and focus on new opportunities up to the value of £300k. With telesales and strong operational support, your target will be in circa £1m per
annum. This role requires a target driven performer who is focused on increasing their financial and career status.
Area Manager, M4 Corridor - £25k - plus benefits. Our client is currently recruiting for an exceptional candidate with experience in contract cleaning. We are looking
for a professional Area/Contract manager who has experience in growth and development of a business and has a passion for delivering service excellence, innovation and great
people skills. Managing a client portfolio along the M4 corridor you will be A resourceful and ambitious individual and required to ensure that all KPIs and SLAs are met and that
a high quality of service is delivered to the client. The successful candidate should have the ability to develop professional associations with all levels of staff/clients and be able to
