Woodland lighting Swirling hand-wrought iron branches and twigs supporting faux alabaster glass shades were the perfect lighting selection for the atmospheric Willows restaurant, part of the brand new Barton Grange Garden Centre complex in Brock, Preston. Blending effortlessly into the woodland themed restaurant, the ‘Forest’ family of luminaires from Chelsom offers a decorative focus in daylight together with subtle ambient illumination for duskier dining. The Chelsom Forest collection features finely hand-wrought metalwork finished in antique rust with subtle gold brushing together with marbled mouth- blown Murano glass shades authentically created by Italian craftsman.

matters at O2 Hydropanel, Marley Eternit’s dry construction building board, has recently been used to carry out remedial work on Matter nightclub in the O2 Dome in Greenwich. Hydropanel was specified as a tile backing board in the toilets because the fibre cement used in its manufacture offers water and impact resistance – both essential requirements for this busy international venue. Previously, plywood had been used as the tile backing, however high levels of moisture had caused it to expand resulting in the tiles cracking and dislodging. Click here to request literature
