Meet Ben Pate Son of Dr. Dan Pate, Ben is an equipment specialist in the Southeast Branch. Recruited to join Patterson Companies in 2012 by Territory Manager Headen Embry, Ben was the top representative for ePetHealth his very first year.
“Headen watched Ben grow up. Once he was out of college and after he had a little experience under his belt, Headen brought him to Patterson,” said Dr. Pate.
When Ben heads home for the holidays, conversations surround which automatic autoclave Dr. Dan Pate should consider, or news about a new ultrasound machine. This may seem strange, but the entire Pate family is in the healthcare industry.
According to Dr. Pate, “Ben took to being a Patterson equipment specialist like a duck to water. People trust him because he is very up to date on equipment. I guess it’s kind of lucky that I am not in Ben’s territory; there’s no telling how much equipment I would have bought if I were!”
