Annual Meeting 2015 Minutes T


September 19, 2015.


President Dandy Risman called the mee ng to order at 12:15 p.m. and announced that a quorum of members, 1857, had registered. Mr. Risman con nued by reading the offi cial mee ng no ce and sta ng the no ce was published in the September issue of the Northeast Connec on; the minutes of the 2014 annual mee ng, and the Treasurer’s Report were included in the same issue. He requested a mo on to waive the reading of the 2014 minutes and to approve them as published. The mo on was made by Gil Deissroth and seconded by Clyde Barre . The mo on passed without objec on.


Kathy Markham delivered an invoca on, immediately followed by a fl ag salute led by Boy Scout Troop 66 of Vinita.


As Master of Ceremonies, Craig Hendrickson introduced the Board of Trustees, their spouses, and the coopera ve’s General Manager Anthony Due. Mr. Hendrickson also recognized special guests a ending the mee ng, employees and re rees. Then he recognized any ac ve military and veterans in the crowd.


Before announcing the elec on results, Mike Torrone introduced the Opera on Round-up board, no ng they served as the Creden als and Elec on Commi ee.


The elec on results were as follows: Out of 1695 ballots cast: District 4 6 8

Mr. Hendrickson started giving away prizes.


Not seeing any unfi nished or new business, Mr. Torrone asked for a mo on to adjourn the business mee ng. A mo on was made by Robert Birch and seconded by Loran Li le. The mo on carried and the mee ng adjourned at 12:40 p.m.
