SAUTEED BEEF PEPPER SKILLET & FRIES INGREDIENTS:


1 lb. beef sirloin, trimmed & thinly sliced 3 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. cider vinegar 3 cloves garlic, crushed with press 1 tbsp. grated peeled fresh ginger 1 tsp. ground cumin


DIRECTIONS:

Cook 3 minutes or until browned, stirring twice. Transfer beef to plate. To same skillet, add pepper and onion. Cook 5 minutes or until almost tender, stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes and beef. Cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Fold in fries and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately
