Carrier Solutions UK raises the game at customer event
C
arrier Solutions UK brought customers together for an exclusive VIP experience at St George’s Park, uniting three of its fl agship
brands, Carrier, Toshiba and Viessmann, under the theme’ Power Play as One Team: Raising the Game Together’. Hosted by Sky Sports presenter Hayley McQueen,
the programme combined customer workshops, leadership briefi ngs and behind-the-scenes tours of the world-class training facility. Attendees also enjoyed a special interview with Ryan Giggs, one of the most decorated footballers in Premier League history, followed by a lively joint session with fellow football legends Sean Dyche and Stuart Pearce MBE. Senior leaders used the platform to outline market trends, strategic priorities and the growing importance of customer collaboration in shaping future-ready solutions. The day also highlighted the heritage and innovation behind the Carrier Solutions UK range, with guests receiving a private preview of upcoming product releases and next-generation technologies.
Didier Genois, Vice President, Carrier Climate Solutions Europe, emphasised the company’s long- term commitment to its customers, saying: “We are not here to do a good job and then leave. We are here to stay, with you and for you.”

The day concluded with an evening gala
