Radisson Hotel Manchester by Carrier Commercial
T
he Heat Pump Project of the Year award went to Carrier Commercial for its work at the Radisson Hotel Manchester, a scheme that
demonstrates what Net Zero hospitality can achieve in a live, citycentre environment. The project delivered four highperformance modular units providing ultralowGWP heating, advanced smart controls and effi ciencies up to 30% above Ecodesign requirements. By integrating a scalable, lowcarbon system within an operational hotel, the team showed that largescale decarbonisation is both practical and replicable. The result is a solution that combines technical ambition with elegant delivery, setting a clear precedent for future projects across the sector.
