20.7.2 Construction Vehicle Exhaust Emission Impacts 107. Traffic data for the project were provided by Royal HaskoningDHV. Data were adjusted to the year of construction using TEMPRO factors, in order to account for future increases in background flows as a result of traffic generated by nearby committed developments. Cumulative impacts associated with future traffic growth were therefore considered in the prediction of pollutant concentrations at sensitive receptor locations.
