The DMRB (Highways Agency 2007) and EPUK (EPUK 2010) guidance documents state that only road links that experience an increase of greater than 200 HGVs per day or an increase in AADT flows of more than 10% as a result of a development require assessment. As such, sensitive receptor locations were identified on the affected links only. Road links which experience an increase in HGV flows greater than 200 per day are detailed in Table 20.13 for each scenario.
