World’s smallest FTIR emissions monitoring
system – DX4000
Gasmet DX4000 is a portable FTIR gas analyzer for applications where multiple gas compounds need to be accurately monitored in hot & humid sample gas. It is the world’s smallest FTIR emissions monitoring system.
Gasmet DX4000 is typically set-up to measure H2 CO2
, CO, NO, NO2 , N2 O, SO2 , NH3 , CH4 O, , HCl, HF and
different VOC´s and can measure up to 50 gases simultaneously. Additional gases can be easily added without any hardware changes. The corrosion resistant sample cell is heated to 180 °C, which ensures that the sample stays in gaseous phase even with high concentrations of H2
O or corrosive gases.
The DX4000 is designed to be used with the Gasmet PSS portable sampling system. This system utilizes hot-and-wet measurement principle (no drying or dilution), which ensures that the analysis is done with a representative sample. There is two-stage particulate filtration: first one in sampling probe and the second one in sampling system.
The DX4000 is operated with the Calcmet software running on a laptop computer. Calcmet provides a flexible and easy to use UI with all the tools needed for making demanding measurements in a single software.
The Gasmet DX4000 has received MCERTS certification for stack emissions monitoring, and is also complied to both European EN14181 and USEPA tests method 320/ 321.

Gasmet CMM consists of dilution probe, heated sample line, Gasmet mercury analyzer and Gasmet test gas generator. Heated dilution probe with a two-stage blowback system ensures the durability and low maintenance of the system even in demanding conditions.
Gasmet mercury analyzer CMM is based on Cold Vapor Atomic Fluorescence (CVAF) measurement principle, which offers the highest sensitivity in the world. The integrated thermal converter converts all mercury compounds to elemental mercury to measure total gaseous mercury.
System is fully automatic, and the automatic calibrations are done at user defined intervals. System settings can be accessed from the easy-to-use Mercury Analyzer User Interface (MAUI). Gasmet CMM has excellent annual availability, and there is always local technical service and support available.
