Summer 2017 online registration begins Saturday, April 1 for residents and Saturday, April 15 for nonresidents. To register online, visit LisleParkDistrict.org. Instructions for a successful registration are also noted on the website. Please Note: You will be charged a $3 processing fee for each completed online transaction. If a class is cancelled or if you withdrawal from a class, this processing fee is non-refundable.


Go to LisleParkDistrict.org and click the “Online Registration” button to access online registration.


Click “Create New Account” to create your profile or “Sign In” if you already have an account in the new system. Each member of the household will need to be added to the new system and will have their own log-in and password.


Follow the steps and fill in all the required information. Visit LisleParkDistrict.org/registration for additional detailed instructions on how to set-up your account or see our detailed instructions on page 3. Click the “Catalog” button and search the “Catalog Menu” for programs. Program codes are no longer used. Choose your program(s) and proceed to checkout.


Online registration is NOT AVAILABLE for the following programs: Adult Sport Leagues, Gentle Learning Preschool, Jr. High After Hours, Select Youth Athletic Programs, Before & After School Program, and Kids Day Out. Following completion, a receipt will be emailed to you confirming your registration.


2 MAIL-IN REGISTRATION

Mail-in registration for Summer 2017 programs will be accepted by mail at the Lisle Park District Recreation Center, 1925 Ohio Street, Lisle, IL 60532 beginning Saturday, April 1 for residents and Saturday, April 15 for nonresidents. Use the registration form found on page 5. Fill out the form completely. Forms that are not filled out completely will be returned without processing.


Make sure the waiver form is signed.


Include payment. Only checks, money orders, or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover) are accepted. DO NOT MAIL CASH. Please include your driver’s license number on your check. Visit us online at LisleParkDistrict.org/registration to download additional registration forms.

Walk-in registration will be processed while you wait and immediate confirmation of enrollment with a receipt will be issued. Register by cash, check,


money order, or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover) at both locations. If you have not registered you must create a new online account. See page 3 for detailed instructions on how to set-up your account.
