Intro to Swim Team Sea Lion Aquatic Park • 1825 Short Street, Lisle
Intro to swim team is a course for swimmers who have passed many levels of swim lessons, but aren’t quite ready for a summer-long swim team. During this 4-week course, swimmers will work on stroke technique, endurance, starts and turns, and self confidence in their swimming abilities. At the end of each session the swimmers will compete in a “Fun Meet” to show off the skills they have learned throughout the session.
NOTE: Must have completed Level 4 “Stroke Development” of the swim lesson program.

Stroke Clinic Sea Lion Aquatic Park • 1825 Short Street, Lisle
Stroke clinic focuses on the four competitive strokes, racing starts and turns. Each class uses drills to learn, improve and correct technique and is geared towards swim team members, but is also open to all swimmers.

It is never too early to introduce your child to the water. Simple games and movements will help them adjust to the water and teach you ways to make sure they develops into a ‘little fishy.’ Parent must be in the water with the child at all times. Only one parent per child, please.
