Join us as we create our own rockets, jet packs and helmets as we get ready to land on the moon! Will we meet aliens or perhaps a spaceship or UFO? Come ready to create our own moon sand and craters as we explore the moon, planets and constellations. After making some cool outer space crafts, we will head outside to enjoy some hiking, games and water activi- ties on planet earth!

A cruise ship has just taken us to the beautiful island of Hawaii! Our week will include sight-seeing fabulous volcanoes, beautiful dolphins, making a flower lei, creating a pineapple craft, enjoying some delicious fresh pineapple, and exploring under the sea creatures while snorkeling in the ocean! We will then enjoy swimming, water activities and games and have our own luau! It’s sure to be the best trip ever!

Goin’ on a Roadtrip! Lisle Recreation Center • 1925 Ohio Street, Lisle
It’s time for a vacation! Let’s get our car ready, rev up the engine and hit the road! First stop Florida to explore the sand and ocean and see Mickey! Then drive to the Everglades to get on board a cruiser to see alligators and manatees! After a fun day at Sea World, it’s time to head home but not before sampling some delicious oranges! Each day we will get outside to do some water activities and play some games! What an awesome way to end the summer!

Calling all cowboys and cowgirls to get your hat, boots, vest, and horse ready to help on the range! We will make some cool vests and bandanas and animal crafts as we round up the cattle. After the roundup each day, we will head outside for some fun games, hiking and even some splashin’ in the waterhole (pool). You might even do a little square dancing and finish the week with a s’more. It will sure be a good way to cool off and have some fun!

If you like banging on a drum, playing with a toy guitar or just singing and dancing to music this is the class for you. Join us as we create our own instruments, then have some fun playing with them and making music. Each day, we will make a different instrument while listening and dancing to different types of music. After our jammin’ session we will head outside to cool off in the pool, play some games or go on a hike.
