Basketball Skills Camp Kennedy Junior High • 2929 Green Trails Drive, Lisle
The NOTHING BUT NET Basketball Skills Camp is designed to create an encouraging environment focused on teaching the fundamentals of basketball with an emphasis on developing the proper shooting tech- nique. The camp will walk through step-by-step shooting technique, ball handling/dribbling skills, passing and player movement, defensive and rebounding skills, and fundamentally sound footwork. Every day will include time for detailed instruction, drills and skill development, and structured games integrating newly obtained skills. Campers will receive a camp t-shirt.

GIRLS BEGINNER GYMNASTICS: Beginner gymnastics will focus on the fundamental skills of floor exercise (tumbling), balance beam, and uneven bars, while also utilizing trampolines and tumble track.
BEGINNER TRAMPOLINE AND TUMBLING: Participants will learn basic tumbling skills, including positions, rolls, hurdling drills, and support skills. They will also learn proper falling, landing, jumping techniques, and basic jumps and turns on the trampoline.
BOYS BEGINNER GYMNASTICS: Strength and flexibility will be gained in this one hour introduction to tumbling, high bar, vault, rings, parallel bars, pommel horse, and trampoline.

Offensive Footwork Basketball Camp Kennedy Junior High • 2929 Green Trails Drive, Lisle
The NOTHING BUT NET Basketball Offensive Footwork Camp is designed for players to learn and apply effective footwork skills in an encouraging en- vironment. Camp instruction focuses on developing offensive moves from the top of the key, wing, high post, and short corner. Players will be taught effective use of the dribble, efficient offensive footwork, and how to estab- lish and maintain position. Campers will receive a NOTHING BUT NET Camp wristband.
