Abbeycentre, Newtownabbey the mystery shopper found this store bright and inviting. It was easily accessible and easy to locate items. She liked the various items on offer and felt they were good value. Staff were well presented and both helpful and pleasant. the store seemed to have a constant flow of customers, but the queues at the till were well managed and there was no indication of the staff being overwhelmed at any time. Although the shopper did have to wait to see the pharmacist, the level of his customer service and his warm welcome more than made up for the wait.

Derry/Londonderry on entering these premises, the mystery shopper observed that, while the interior was small in size, it was tidy and clean, with no clutter. the shopper felt that she was provided with a high standard of customer service at this store and that the assistance that she was offered was done so both promptly and professionally. In particular, the shopper felt that the staff member, who served her, was friendly, welcoming and interested in her needs. In response to her query about her grandmother, she also felt that the pharmacist showed genuine consideration towards her grandmother’s health and condition. overall, a very positive experience.

Bushmills on approaching this pharmacy, the mystery shopper was very taken with the store’s appearance, which she found to be attractive and interesting. the window display in particular was varied, seasonal and colourful, making the store look very inviting. the shopper found the staff to have excellent customer service skills and her medical queries were handled efficiently, confidentially and professionally. the staff member who served her made very good eye contact and was very attentive, making the shopper feel that her custom was very welcome in this store.

Strand Road, Derry/Londonderry this store was quite small in stature, but the mystery shopper found that great effort had been made to create a spacious and uncluttered appearance, with products clearly laid out and positioned logically within the store. on arrival, the mystery shopper was welcomed by a sales assistant, whose greeting was both open and friendly. the mystery shopper found the staff professional and knowledgeable in their approach. A high standard of customer service was delivered, leaving the mystery shopper with the opinion that no improvements were required to this pharmacy at all.
