Holywood from the exterior, the pharmacy had a very clean appearance, with an easily accessible entrance providing ready access for those with limited mobility etc. Internally, it was well laid out, with an excellent range of products clearly displayed. Within ten seconds of entering the premises, the mystery shopper was approached by the pharmacist herself, who enquired if there was anything she could help with. throughout the visit, the mystery shopper noticed that the pharmacist was very welcoming to all customers – displaying a superior level of customer service. the mystery shopper felt that the level of service and advice given by both the pharmacist and the other staff members exceeded her expectations.
Cowzers Pharmacy
Belfast on approaching the pharmacy, the mystery shopper noticed that the bright interior of the shop was very evident from the exterior, making it very inviting. the premises were in good order, with an excellent range of well-displayed products and the two staff members, who dealt with the shopper’s enquiries, were both friendly and efficient. When she asked one about baby wipes, the staff member accompanied her to the baby supplies area, provided the necessary information and then escorted her to the cash desk. overall, the mystery shopper would have no hesitation in visiting the store again in the future.
Dundela Pharmacy
Belfast dundela Pharmacy has a large, well-kept street frontage, which on the day of the mystery shopper’s visit, was clean and litter free. the interior was lovely and bright, with great space to walk around. the shopper approached a member of staff at the make-up counter to ask about foot/knee socks, as she could not see them on the shelves. despite the fact that the staff member was from the make-up counter, she took the shopper to the socks and assisted her with her purchase, escorting her to the till and completing the sale. the shopper was particularly impressed by this level of service. In all, the shopper found this a pleasing experience.
Harrison Healthcare
Belfast the mystery shopper found that, while the interior of this store was quite small, the owner had made optimal use of the available space. Immediately on entering the premises, she was greeted by the pharmacist and his friendly attitude made her feel very welcome and valued. When the shopper enquired about a particular product for her friend, the pharmacist said he would like to speak to the friend about her query and provided the shopper with the pharmacy telephone number for her friend to ring him. the shopper appreciated this offer, which, she felt, showed a high degree of customer service. overall, the shopper’s experience in this pharmacy was excellent.
