“the UcA Ilm course provided an excellent and well-rounded overview of management skills and practices applicable to working in a community pharmacy. I found the trainers to be adept and engaging and they provided invaluable insights from their own varied careers in management. the course contained a mix of workshops and written assignments which helped me put these new concepts into practice.” Julie Anderson, health centre Pharmacy, carrickfergus.

Assignments can be based on the pharmacy, so it’s a great way to improve the business as well as upskilling the individual.
