Step two


Add tomatoes and boil for about 5 minutes until the tomato juice starts to thicken. Step three


Cook the steaks under a pre-heated grill on both sides for 5 minutes, or fry in a pre-heated pan until they are golden brown and crispy. Then set aside and keep warm.


Step four


Add the olive oil, and basil to the sauce in the pan and then stir, season to taste with salt and pepper.


Step five


Spread the steaks on preheated plates. Pour the sauce over each. Garnish with olives and parmesan and serve immediately.
