Neapolitan pork steaks Italian pork steaks are prefect together with tomatoes. The dish is easy to


prepare and tastes delicious.


Preparation time 25 minutes For four people


Ingredients


2 tablespoons of olive oil A large onion, roughly chopped A clove of garlic, crushed 400g tin of chopped tomato 4 pork steaks, about 125g 75 g black olives, pitted


2 tablespoons of freshly baked basil salt and pepper


Freshly grated Parmesan to serve


TIP: Parmesan is a long matured Italian hard cheese with a very strong flavour. It is strong enough to use in small quantities. I personally prefer a little more ....


Step one


Heat the oil in a large pan. Add onions and the garlic and stir for 3-4 minutes until tender.
