JUNIOR CRABBING 9.15am to 11.15am Registration from 8.45am - Stone Quay Entry Fee: £1.50 per child Age Groups: A) Up to and including 10 years of age B) 11 to 15 years of age Bring the kids down to the Stone Quay to see if they can catch a Champion Number of Crabs! Bait and line can be purchased from Swanage Angling Centre or Gee Whites on the Quayside. Crabs must be caught using only a baited line (no hooks), with nets used only for landing. Trophies and unique T-Shirts will go to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd child in each class for the largest number of crabs caught.

WACKY FUN RACES 12 noon to 4.00pm - Arena, Sandpit Field A fantastic event for all the family, with fun and challenges for children, parents and even grandparents! Races on the day will be a mixture of fun and challenging races to include egg and spoon race, three legged race and the slow bike race (please remember your bike!) Races will range from individual challenges to


races for pairs and groups. Medals, with certificates will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place winners. (If your child has difficulty in spelling their name and wins a race please support them to collect their certificate) Entries will be taken from 11.00am on Sandpit Field, where a full list of races will be on display.


Cost: £1 per entry or 3 races for £2

JUNIOR TENNIS TOURNAMENT 1.00pm - Beach Gardens Registration: Beach Gardens - Age 14 years and under.


A chance for you to show your skills, taking on other future champions as you compete for this coveted title in Swanage’s Wimbledon! All players wishing to take part must enter their names on the notice board inside Beach Gardens Tennis Club House by midday on Monday 1st August - places are limited. Players must also be present when the draw for partners is made at 12.30pm on Tuesday 2nd August - late arrivals will be unable to take part in the competition. Trophies will be presented to winners and runners-up.
